How does it work?

Process for Styling Assignment

1. Consultation

We go through the home and look at what you need to do before the sale, and what we can help with.

2. Quote

Contains a list of measures, price, checklist, and our terms. You always receive your quote within 24h.

3. Planning

After approved quote, we plan the date for styling and photography.

4. Styling

We take care of everything – from planning and transport to styling on site. The only thing you need to do is hand over the keys, and we'll solve the rest.

5. Photo and Viewing

After photography, the styling remains for viewing for 40 days.

6. Sold Home

You let us know when the sale is complete, and we arrange the pickup of the styling according to the agreed time.

Process for Interior Design

1. Consultation

We analyze needs, budget, and style preferences. Digitally or on site.

2. Quote

Contains a list of the project's scope, price, and our terms.

3. Planning

We set a timeline for the project.

4. Execution

We deliver mood boards, color palettes, product collages with shopping lists, and floor plans according to the quote. If needed, we also offer help with orders and performing the actual furnishing on site.

For Teresia, styling is about creating feeling and wholeness. With her background as an interior designer and many years of experience in home styling, she knows how to get a room to reach its full potential. She is known for her handiness and her fingertip feel for still life – the small details that make the big difference.

As a lighting expert, she knows exactly how light can transform an environment and highlight the home's best sides.

Teresia is responsible for customer contact and ensures that every customer feels secure throughout the process.

Full styling

We transform an empty home into an inspiring and inviting home! We add complete furnishing, textiles, lighting, and decor that highlight each room's best features. The result is a welcoming environment that helps potential buyers easily imagine living there.

350–500 SEK/sqm Minimum price: 18 000 SEK

Medium styling

We elevate the home's potential by adding carefully selected furniture and decorative details. With the right balance between existing decor and complementary props, we create a thoughtful and attractive whole that appeals to potential buyers.

300–450 SEK/sqm Minimum price: 15 000 SEK

Light styling

For that little extra! We add selected textiles, plants, and decorative details that give the home life, warmth, and character. Perfect when the foundation is already there – we lift the whole and create an impression that sticks with potential buyers.

250–300 SEK/sqm Minimum price: 12 000 SEK

All prices are approximate. Final price depends on the home's size, number of rooms, condition, layout, elevator access, transport options, and any patios or balconies.

How does the process work?

How long does a styling assignment take?

Smaller assignments are completed in 2–4 weeks from briefing to styling on site. Larger projects are planned together with your schedule.

How much notice do I need when booking?

Depending on the season, usually 1–4 weeks are required. Spring and the period after summer are peak seasons, and before Christmas or summer holidays, it is good to be out in extra good time.

Can I choose the styling package myself?

After consultation, we land on what gives the best results for your home. Even existing furniture may need to be replaced to create the right feeling, so sometimes we recommend a larger package even though the home is already furnished.

What does a styling cost?

After consultation, you receive a quote. The price is affected by the home's size, scope of styling, number of stairs, if there is an elevator, location, and other logistical factors. See prices
